Operations Administrator

Responsibilities

  •  Administer the insurance policies and cargo, equipment, vehicle & property damaged claim process
  • Support in the investigation including interview with employees; advise employees on the deductible amount from their monthly salaries
  • Conducting road safety awareness briefing for drivers and handle external complaints of our drivers
  • Analyze and prepare reports in regards to usage, claims and related
  • Track costing and follow ups on corrective and preventive measures
  • Ensure processes are in accordance with the Operations SOPs
  • The incumbent reports to the Assistant Manager, Operations Admin

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of insurance claims experience in logistics or similar industry
  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Good interpersonal, communications and problem solving skills
  • IT Savvy
  • Possess positive work attitude
  • Meticulous and detailed
